Reservation


How do I book?

Reservations are made online on our website by clicking on Reservation.

In order to validate your reservation we ask for a deposit of 30%, then the balance of the stay 1 month before your arrival. If your reservation is in less than a month, you will be asked for the balance directly.

What to do in case of cancellation?

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance via the website www.campez-couvert.com

For any cancellation or modification we will ask you for a written record. Please notify us as soon as possible by email to info@bo-bains.com. Our General Conditions of Sale (PDF)

Are you VACAF approved?

Yes, the Bö-bains campsite is VACAF/AVF approved. If you are a beneficiary, please specify this when making your reservation and note your beneficiary number and department number in the comments.

Do you accept ANCV holiday vouchers?

Yes, we accept ANCV holiday vouchers, as well as CONNECT holiday vouchers.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, animals are allowed on the campsite with a limit of 2 per pitch and 1 in rentals, regardless of its size. However, they are not authorized in our mobile homes by the river nor in the mobile homes in our TO. Categories 1 and 2 dogs are not authorized.

Arrival departure


What are the arrival and departure times?

For accommodation:

June and September: arrival from 2 p.m. and departure before 12 p.m.

July and August: arrival from 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.

For bare locations:

Arrival from 1 p.m. and departure before 12 p.m.

What should I do if I arrive outside reception hours?

Don't worry, we won't let you sleep outside! The best thing is to let us know in advance if you already know or if you are late on the road and you will not be able to be there before reception closes, by calling us on 05.53.73.52.52 or by email info@bo-bains.com. In this case we will leave you an envelope with your name on the reception door with your rental/pitch number. You will need to come and register the next morning at reception.

What do I need to plan for check-in?

In order to streamline arrivals, you can anticipate and provide your deposit of €200 either by check that you can fill out in advance payable to “Camping Les Bö-bains” or by bank card. You will also be asked to pay the tourist tax (0.60 €/adult/day) and the balance of the stay for the pitches.

What should I plan for my stay?

For all rentals, you must provide pillowcases (50x50 square), sheets and fitted sheets (double bed 140, single bed 80), and your bathroom linen. Possibility to rent fabric sheets for €12 per single or double kit (please notify well in advance).

What shops and services are in Lalinde 4km away?

In Lalinde you will find an Intermarché and a gas station, 2 banks and 1 distributor, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, bars, bookstore, newsagent, garage, bike rental, canoe base, etc.

Do I need a fishing license to fish on the campsite?

Yes, even if our campsite is private, the Dordogne is a river and you must therefore obtain a fishing license.

Do you need to bring your own fishing gear?

Yes, you must bring your own fishing equipment. If necessary, a fishing store is located in the town of Lalinde (4km) www.passion-nature-dordogne.fr

Can you swim in the Dordogne?

At the campsite, swimming is tolerated. But there are developed beaches just a few minutes' drive away. Do not hesitate to ask for their location at reception during your stay.

Can you sail on the Dordogne?

Yes of course ! You can bring your canoe or paddle if you have one. And otherwise 4 km away there is a canoe rental company. Those in the know can even leave the campsite. Contact Azul Canoe directly and ask! www.azullalinde.fr


Are there walks and cycle paths around the campsite?

A greenway passes 4 km away and you can pick it up in Lalinde. In Badefols sur Dordogne, there is a trailhead behind the bakery, which goes up to the heights.

Are there televisions and wifi in the rentals?

No, our rentals are not equipped with a TV antenna or wifi. However, you will find a TV room at the catering center and a free wifi spot at reception.

Are barbecues allowed?

Yes, gas and charcoal grills are. You can bring your own or rent one on site (reservation required, €5 for use, charcoal and firelighter included). Electric barbecues or planchas of more than 2000 watts are prohibited.

What type of electrical outlet for the pitches?

The majority of electrical terminals are French sockets. Some locations have European plugs. If you have an adapter bring it, otherwise we can always lend you one if needed.

Aquatic Space


What are the opening times and dates of the swimming pool?

The aquatic area is open from mid-June to mid-September from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (7 p.m. for the slides).

Are swim shorts allowed?

No, for men, only swimming trunks or swimming boxers are allowed.

Restoration


What are the opening times and dates of the snack bar?

The snack bar is open during the summer school holidays in July and August every day from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Entertainment

Is there a kids club?

Yes, the mini-club is open during the summer holidays in July/August from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to noon. You can leave your children there from 4 years old.

Comfortable accommodation

We offer a comprehensive range of mobile homes and chalets to rent, with private pitches and camping pitches to get as close as possible to nature in the Dordogne in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Our chalets were renovated for the 2023 season.
